Job Title: Storekeeper

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Position Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced Storekeeper with expertise in kitchen & Bathroom Solutions, Pipe fittings, Waterproofing, and Flooring solutions to join our team. The Storekeeper will be responsible for managing inventory, overseeing warehouse operations, and ensuring the timely availability of products to meet customer demands.

Job Responsibilities:

· Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including stock counts, receipts, and withdrawals.

· Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained for timely order fulfillment.

· Receive, inspect, and verify incoming products against purchase orders.

· Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper handling and storage conditions to prevent damage or deterioration.

· Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, picking products from inventory and preparing them for shipment or delivery.

· Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of orders.

· Monitor inventory levels and reorder products as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.

· Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to place orders, track deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

· Conduct regular quality inspections of incoming products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

· Identify and report any quality issues or defects to the appropriate departments for resolution.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, including proper labeling, shelving, and storage of products.

· Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

· Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and records related to inventory transactions, including receipts, withdrawals, and adjustments.

· Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and order fulfillment activities as needed.

· Provide support and assistance to customers and internal stakeholders regarding product inquiries, order status, and inventory availability.

· Address customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally to ensure a positive customer experience.

Job Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in storekeeping or warehouse management, preferably in the bathroom and kitchen solutions industry.

· Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in all aspects of warehouse operations.
