We are looking to hire a suitable candidate responsible for purchasing quality products or services with competitive prices after reviewing and analyzing all options.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years
Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing
  • Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
  • Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Review quality of purchased products
  • Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
  • Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
  • Working closely with the Project team to create budget
