Our client in the hospitality sector is looking to hire a waiter. The Waiter plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for guests. This position requires a friendly and attentive individual with a passion for hospitality and a strong ability to work in a team. The Waiter is responsible for welcoming and seating guests, presenting menus, taking orders, relaying orders to the kitchen, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and explain daily specials to guests.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of items.
- Provide attentive service to guests, anticipating their needs and responding promptly.
- Prepare and serve drinks and desserts as required.
- Process guest payments and issue receipts.
- Must be well acquainted with intercontinental dishes
Key Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a waiter or similar role in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
