  • Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality and adherence to company standards
  • Create and update customer service policies and procedures
  • Implement best practices for customer support
  • Track and analyze customer service metrics and KPIs
  • Generate reports to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Work with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer satisfaction
  • Communicate customer feedback to relevant teams to enhance products and services
  • Oversee the use of customer service software and tools
  • Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary technology to perform their duties efficiently
