You possess an in-depth understanding of SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) CRM system, including its features, functionalities, and best practices.
You inspire and motivate others by articulating a compelling vision of the benefits that C4C can bring to our organization.
You are a vocal advocate for C4C within the organization, promoting its value proposition and demonstrating its impact on profitability, productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You engage with stakeholders at all levels to build support and enthusiasm for C4C adoption.
You anticipate potential challenges and proactively address them, while also fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
You take the lead in providing training and support to users, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills needed to maximize the benefits of C4C.
You actively seek feedback from users and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous innovation. What you’ll have done before:

Baseline:
At least 8 years Sales related experience with a focus on SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C).
NQF 7 (BCom Degree in Marketing / Finance / General Business) degree
Strong understanding of CRM processes, including sales, marketing and service management

Advantageous:
SAP certification in C4C
Project management skills
Analytical and problem-soling skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and interact with stakeholders at all levels within Engen and the broader group Exciting Challenges you may face in the role
Applies knowledge of the C4C system, including its features, functionalities, and best practices to advance the organisation’s business objectives
Driving successful adoption and utilisation of C4C
Trusted leader and advocate
Operate effectively, even when things are not certain or the way forward is not clear What you will be doing
Proactively training, adoption and performance manage sales teams on C4C functionalities and Sales Excellence tools
Lead the implementation of C4C enhancements
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for C4C users, addressing issues and optimizing system performance
Staying updated on latest C4C features and enhancements and recommend best practices for utilization
Trusted leader and advocate who is dedicated to driving the successful adoption and utilization of C4C within the organization, ultimately helping to achieve Engen’s strategic business goals
