In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations of the three brands under AJ Skylar Limited. This includes recruitment, training, performance management and employee relations. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a positive and productive work environment.

• Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and onboarding of new employees, including stylists, assistants, management and administrative staff.
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Managing employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
• Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees to support their professional development.
• Planning and organizing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
• Managing payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintaining employee records and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Collaborating with management to identify staffing needs and develop strategies for talent acquisition and retention.
• Monitoring and analyzing HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
