Overview :

As a HR & Operations Graduate Trainee, you will work closely with our Human Resources and Operations team to support day-to-day operational functions, implement HR policies and procedures, solve complex HR challenges, and contribute to the overall success of the department. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in the field and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources and Operations management including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HR administration, logistics and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
• Support the employee onboarding and offboarding process
• Assist in the implementation of employee relations activities
• Support the performance management process, including performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees and managers
• Assist with the planning and coordination of training and development activities for employees
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records, updating HR systems, and preparing HR reports
• Assist in the planning and implementation of operational strategies
• Analyze data and provide insights to improve operational efficiency
• Support the coordination of logistics and facilities management activities
• Participate in project management and process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Operations Management or a related field
• Strong passion for Human Resources and Operations and a desire to build a career in the field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Self-motivated and proactive
