Clothing Production Manager

Our client a (Fashion Brand) needs a production manager who would oversee production process, ensuring production is cost effective by drawing up a production schedule and making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.

Work- type: Fulltime

Location: Oniru

Working hours: Mon– Sat | 8am-6pm

Salary: N180,000

Responsibilities

● Oversee the production process, supervising and motivating the production staff.

● Monitoring product standards and implementing quality control programs.

● Drawing up a weekly production schedule, ensure products are produced on time and are excellent in quality.

● Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules when needed.

● Drawing up an estimated cost sheet, Ensuring production is cost effective

● Sourcing, ordering and purchasing production materials from the market, or online vendors

● Managehumanandmaterial resources to meet production target.

● Conduct fittings and properly document fitting issues. Relate fitting issues to production team for onwards correction.

● Suggest sewing, patterning and cutting techniques to production staff to achieve design.

● Relate design specification the tailors and ensure that these specifications are met.

● Takerecord of each tailor task and liaise with the accountant for their pay.

● Liaise with the customer service team for clients detailed design brief and specifications.

● Implement the company’s policies and goals

● Ensure customer satisfaction and production delivery.

Requirements

● University Graduate in any field.

● Education in a Fashion School is highly required

● Minof3years experience in garment production management.

● Knowledge and understanding of fabrics and print techniques.

● Mustbemeticulous in record keeping, production schedule, time management and then eye for detail and quality products.

● Excellent Communication and Customer Relationship skills.

● Excellent Administration skills.

● Conversant with Excel, Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦150,000.00 per month
