Head of Business Development and Customer Experience.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:
This role has a sales budget attached to it. Performance will be measured by delivery of the sales budget amongst other KPIs
1. Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals, profitability and customers’ satisfaction
2. Drive sales and profitability through effective execution of the Company’s business plan
3. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
4. Arrange business meetings with prospective customers such as corporate organizations who would be direct customers of the company’s products, organizations that provide services to prospective consumers etc.
5. Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting customers objectives
6. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
7. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
8. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGEMENT
1. Hire and train new customer service agent
2. Ensure the Customer Care Representatives accurately take customers’ orders via Phone Calls, WhatsApp messages and Instagram
3. Ensure Customer Care Representatives accurately process transactions via Point of Sales Systems, promptly transfer orders to the kitchen for processing, communicate with customers from the time of taking their orders to delivery
4. Respond to escalated customer service issues in timely manners
5. Create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards
6. Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis
7. Plan and implement an effective customer loyalty program
8. Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions
9. Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports on your findings
10. Develop and implement strategies to regain lost customers
11. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
REQUIREMENTS:
1. At least 4 years hospitality Management and Business Development experience.
2. Social Media expertise
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦250,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
