Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Generate high-quality, visually appealing content for social media posts, stories, and ads that align with our brand image and messaging.
• Regularly monitor, post and update our social media profiles on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Foster meaningful interactions with our online community by initiating conversations, sharing user-generated content, and responding to feedback and reviews.
• Assist in the execution of social media marketing campaigns, including promotions, giveaways, and collaborations with influencers or partners.
• Monitor key social media metrics, such as engagement, reach, and follower growth, and provide regular reports to management. Use data insights to optimize content and strategies for improved performance.
• Stay informed about industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and other team members to coordinate social media efforts and ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
