Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR officer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development (L&D) and recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HR practices, a passion for employee development, and basic knowledge of business development. This role is integral to supporting our clients in achieving their HR goals and enhancing organisational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Learning and Development

  • Design, implement, and evaluate training programmes to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
  • Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programmes and provide feedback for improvement.

Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Utilise various recruitment channels to attract top talent.
  • Maintain an updated candidate database and build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

HR Consulting

  • Provide HR support and guidance to clients on various HR matters.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement.

Business Development

  • Support business development initiatives by identifying potential clients and opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to promote our services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development and recruitment.
  • Basic knowledge of business development principles and practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working for an HR consulting firm is a plus.
  • Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
