Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and prepare for meetings
  • Prepare agendas and take meeting minutes
  • Manage all logistics
  • Order and ship product for key influencers and media
  • Maintain project list of major department projects, and assist with follow up, coordination, and synchronization as directed
  • Review and flag various email and voice messages
  • Coordinate and pick up lunches as needed
  • Organize and maintain file system and file correspondence and other records
  • Manage departmental reporting
  • Greet scheduled visitors and direct to appropriate area or person

Requirements:

  • Formal effective communication skills.
  • Active listening, emotional intelligence, and open-mindedness.
  • Proficiency in the use of the Computer.
  • Prioritization, being organized, and efficient time management skills.
  • Copywriting and content creation skills
  • Be between 23 -35years
