Atire.co, a revolutionary fashion-tech startup in Nigeria, is seeking a data-driven and creative Product Manager to join our growing team. Youll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Athires platform, ensuring it delivers a seamless and delightful experience for our fashion-conscious users.

Athire.co offers a curated platform where individuals can rent designer clothing, shoes, bags, and accessories, promoting sustainability and affordability. Responsibilities:

• User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research (surveys, interviews) to understand user needs, pain points, and behavior. Analyze user data to identify opportunities for improvement and prioritize features.
• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop a clear product vision aligned with Athires overall business goals. Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key features, functionalities, and timelines.
• Feature Development & Prioritization: Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define, prioritize, and oversee the development of new features and product updates.
• A/B Testing & Optimization: Implement A/B testing to optimize existing features and user experience (UX) elements based on data-driven insights.
• Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to identify potential opportunities and ensure Athire remains competitive.
• Communication & Collaboration: Effectively communicate product vision and roadmap to all stakeholders, ensuring team alignment. Partner closely with engineers, designers, and marketing teams to bring product ideas to life.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products.
• Strong understanding of agile methods and the user-centered design (UCD) process.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze user data and translate insights into actionable product decisions.
• Experience with product roadmap development and prioritization techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively present ideas to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of the target audience.

Bonus Points:

• Experience working in the e-commerce or fashion tech industry.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Experience with user experience (UX) research and design principles.
• Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
