Job Title: Customer Service Specialist - Real Estate

Location: Ajah/Sangotedo, Lagos(Proximity to location is key)

Job Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Salary:₦100,000 per month + 10% commission on sales

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Specialist with a strong background in real estate and proficiency in social media management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage and maintain the company’s social media profiles, including creating and posting engaging content.
• Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing client databases, and handling correspondence.
• Support the sales team by providing accurate information and assisting with client follow-ups.
• Maintain organized records of client interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends and company offerings to provide accurate information to clients.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2yrs proven experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
