Job Overview:

As a Customer Care Officer at Errandpay Ltd, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients within the fintech payment space. Leveraging your background in telecommunications, you will bring valuable experience and insights to our team, helping us enhance our customer support operations to meet the dynamic needs of our clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.

Assist customers with account inquiries, transaction issues, and technical support related to our fintech payment solutions. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Issue Resolution:

Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and escalations effectively and efficiently.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical support and operations to address complex customer issues and ensure timely resolution.

Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Product Knowledge:

Develop a deep understanding of our fintech payment products and services, staying updated on new features, enhancements, and industry trends.

Educate customers on how to use our products effectively, offering guidance and troubleshooting tips as needed.

Quality Assurance:

Adhere to established quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs) to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Participate in quality assurance initiatives including call monitoring, feedback sessions, and training to continuously improve service delivery.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the customer support function.

Provide feedback and suggestions to management for enhancing customer service processes, tools, and resources.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the telecommunications industry is required.

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Strong communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering effective solutions to customer issues.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other support tools.

Knowledge of fintech payment solutions and industry regulations is desirable but not mandatory.
