The client is a real estate company in Lagos searching for a sales and marketing manager. The ideal candidate should possess track records of sales and result-driven marketing activities managed mostly in luxury goods and real estate.

KPIs will be focused on sales generation and lead conversion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 3 years Experience in Real Estate and Property Development
  • Market Planning, Marketing, and Sales skills
  • Experience in conducting market research.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦300,000.00 - ₦400,000.00 per month
