Job Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Finance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting the financial health of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and process financial transactions accurately and timely.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support in generating financial forecasts and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Assist in the preparation of documents for internal and external audits.
• Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
• Monitor and control company expenses, ensuring adherence to budgets.
• Review and process expense reports and vendor invoices.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize spending.
• Maintain accurate financial data and ensure data integrity.
• Perform financial analysis to support decision-making and identify trends.
• Generate financial reports and provide insights to management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment with company goals.
• Provide support for financial projects and initiatives.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Finance Officer or in a similar financial role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and procedures.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office (particularly Excel).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: ₦75,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month
